CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that plans can change, and I truly value your time — please extend the same courtesy by respecting mine. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
